What data are collected?
We collect technical data and contact details.
In terms of technical data, we collect the following:
Technical cookie
crm_user: storage of the logged-in user’s jwt token
Local storage
simulator-form: stores the data previously entered in a previous submission in order to complete the simulators
vi_local_storage: (if the user is not logged in) storage of the browsing history, favorites and the comparisons made
We also install cookies, with your consent. You can manage your consent to cookies, or change your mind, very easily, by clicking on the “set my cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. By consulting this section you can find out more about the cookies that we use.
In terms of contact details, the data collected vary depending on the type of contact that you wish to have with us.
For example, if you would like us to call you back, we won’t require that you provide your email address. We will leave you to decide whether to provide us with it though, so that we have it in our records for future exchanges.
Conversely, if you are requesting a meeting, we will take your email address: we may need to send you information to arrange the meeting and email is a simple and efficient way of doing so in this scenario.
Each form therefore states the data that we are collecting, with asterisks marking the data that are mandatory…so that we can assist you effectively!
Why do we collect your data?
We collect your data so that we can respond to your request when you complete a form on VINCI Immobilier’s website: we will send you the information requested and, where appropriate, we will call you to check that you have all the information you need.
Once we have sent you the information requested and have communicated with you, we will not contact you again unless you indicate, by completing the form or during our telephone conversation, that you would like us to do so, either to discuss the project that you contacted us about in greater depth, or because you would like to regularly receive information letters and news from VINCI Immobilier.
Will we share your data with third parties?
We will only share your data if your authorize us to. Like many companies, we work with technical service providers, however (for hosting or maintenance, for example), who may need to process your data, but only on our instructions and on our behalf. We manage our relationship with them through written contracts, in accordance with the regulations and CNIL (French data protection commission) policy.
How long do we retain your data for?
We retain your data for three years from collection or our last contact with you. The purchase of a real estate asset is often “the purchase of a lifetime”: it requires time and thought, and keeping a trace of our exchanges means that we can better advise you so that you can buy the home of your dreams!
Do you not want us to retain your data? Do you no longer wish to receive our news?
You have the right to change your mind! Do you think that three years is too long? Did you subscribe to the information letter and no longer wish to receive it? You are welcome to inform us of this by contacting our DPO (you will find his full contact details later in the charter).
On its website, VINCI Immobilier offers visitors who wish to do so the possibility of completing forms in order to be contacted, receive information, arrange meetings or receive commercial advertising.

In such a case, and unless you have expressly given us broader authorization during our exchange following your information request, we will only use these data to respond to your information requests.
Article 6 (1) f of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR: processing is lawful whenever we retain your data following a request made through a form, which does not contractually bind you or constitute the granting of your consent for us to send you information emails and/or text messages about news regarding real estate and VINCI Immobilier. On this legal basis, we will retain your data for a period of three years, in order to keep a trace of our exchanges and, therefore, better advise you and communicate more effectively with you, should you recontact us during this three-year period.

7.3. Objecting to cold calling/Bloctel
A- What is Bloctel?
Bloctel is a cold-calling objection list that any consumer can join if they no longer wish to be cold-called by professionals with whom they do not currently have a contractual relationship, in accordance with French consumer law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014. The law states that it is prohibited for any professional, directly, or by means of a third party acting on their behalf, to cold call a consumer registered on this list, except in the cases set out by law. You may still be called in the following cases in particular:
– By professionals with whom you currently have a contract
– For prospecting calls with a view to the supplying of newspapers, journals or magazines
– For reasons not related to the sale of goods or services, such as:
– Calls from a public agency
– Calls from research and polling organizations
– Calls from non-profit organizations
– If you have freely and unambiguously provided your number so that you can be called back
B- How does this work?
Since June 1, 2016, any consumer has been able to join this list, free of charge, on the website www.bloctel.gouv.fr. They will receive a confirmation of registration email within 48 hours. The consumer must check that the message has in fact arrived in their inbox, and look in their spam folder if necessary. Registration will only become effective once the consumer has clicked on the hypertext link contained in the email. The consumer will then be protected against cold calling within 30 days at the latest after confirmation of their registration sent to them by email. They will then have access to their online personal space, which will allow them to manage their account.
